To Get Started You Will Need The Following:
Paintshop Pro- I used X4(but any should do)
Tube Choice- Listed Above
Scrap Kit- Listed Above
Free to use Mask- Trese Mask256( Find It HERE )
No Plugins are Required for this tut
Keep These Initials in mind: Add New Raster Layer=ANRL
copy and paste=C&P
(as i may use them to shorten things throughout the tut)

Open a new canvas size 850x650
Open ele 74/resize 20%/copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele04/copy & paste/ANRL
Open ele02/resize 30%/copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele35/copy & pastex2/ANRL
Open Ele50/copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele55/resize 30%/copy and paste/ANRL
Open your tube choice/resize if needed to your liking/copy & paste/ANRL
Open ele09/resize 30%/copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele01/resize 30%/copy & paste/merge all layers together/ANRL
If you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.
Open the background image that comes with the tube,
resize the width about 30%/Open your mask choice/On you background image
click on the lil paper looking icon to the bottom right/new mask layer-from image/find your mask name on the drop down menu-click ok/merge visible/copy & paste on your blank layer of your tag
then move this layer down behind your tag layer/merge together.
Make sure to add all correct copyrights, your text and your all done.
