Blue Longing Tutorial

Using the Beautiful Art of Pandora Creations
pay to use scrap kit "Cerulean Dreams"

To get started you will need the following:

Paintshop Pro- I used X4
(but any should do)
Tube choice- I choose a tube from Pandora Creations
(you can find her art HERE )
Scrap Kit- Cerulean Dreams by Tiny Turtle Designs
(you can find her kits HERE )
Plugins: Xero
(porcelain & tweaker)

Open a new canvas size 650x650

Open ele4(paper)/resize to 500x500/Copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele49/Copy & paste/ANRL/jump back down to your paper layer/erase any extra paper

Now back up to your blank new layer/ open ele124/resize about 10%/copy & paste/ANRL
Open ele44/resize about 30%/ copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele65/copy & pastex2/ANRL

Open ele7/resze about 20%/copy and paste/ANRL, Open ele4/resize about 40%/ C&P/ANRL
Open ele69/resize about 10 %/copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele59/Copy & paste/ANRL
Open ele48/copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele52/resize about 20%/C&P/ANRL

Open your tube choice/may need to resize/ copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele63/C&P

Merge all layers together, if you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so

Go up to Effects/Plugins/Xero- Porcelian-All to 0/ Tweaker- All to 10/ 

Add all correct copyrights and your name, your all done
