Karrotrise ptu Tut
Karrotrise Tutorial
using the cute little art of Karrot, and
a ptu scrap kit "Tropical Sunrise" by Tiny Turtle Designs
Both of which you can find at Scraps and the City

To Get Started You Need the Following:
Paintshop Pro- I used X4(but any should do)
Tube Choice- Listed Above
Scrap kit- Listed above
Plugins-Xero(porcelain, bad dream & tweaker)

Open a new canvas size 650x650
Open element 118-copy and paste x2-add new raster layer. Open element42-copy and paste x2-add new raster layer. Open element 24-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element 29 and 30-resize to 40%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open element23(paper)-resize to 400x400-copy and paste-erase any extra paper after you paste the frame-add new raster layer. Open element 43-resize 30%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open ele100-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open your tube choice-resize if needed-copy and paste-add new raster. Open element 66-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element40-resize to 40%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element 95-resize to 50%-copy and paste-merge all layers together, if you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.
Go up to effects-plugins-Xero-porcelain(all colors to 0, change the strength to 73)-Bad Dream(128, 79, 0, 0, 0, -12, -27)-tweaker(all to 10)- add all correct copyrights and your text, your all done.
Everyone will have a different tag by the end of this tut, ive added a mask to my tag which you can add as well along with any extra elements you like.
