Sultane Ptu Tut

Sultane Tutorial 

using the art of Akkasshaa and a matching
scrap kit by Devilish dezines

To get started you will need the following:

Paintshop Pro- i used X4 (but any should do)
Plugins- Xero(porcelain, bad dream & tweaker)
Scrap kit choice-as listed above
tube choice- as listed above

Open a new canvas size 750x650(you can resize later)

Open paper 5-resize 650x650-copy and paste-add new raster layer.  Open element 25- resize about 30%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.  Open element 46-reize about 30%-copy and paste.  Open your tube choice(close up if you have)- copy and paste x2-change to Luminance(L)-opacity to 45-duplicate layer and change it to screen-add new raster layer. Open element10-copy and paste-add new raster layer.

Open frame1-resize about 15%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Go back to your tube choice layers erase any extra image outside of the frame and do the same for the paper layer. Back onto your new blank layer- open element 42-copy and paste-add new raster.  Open element 3-resize about 10%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.

Open element 37-resize 40%-flip horizonally-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element 48-resize 30%- copy and paste-add new raster layer.  Open element 35-resize 30%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.  Open element 13-resize 30 %- copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element 24-resize 30%- flip horizonally-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open your tube choice-resize if needed to your liking-copy and paste-merge all layers together-if you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.

Go up to effects-plugins-Xero-Porcelain(all colors to 0, change the strength to 73)-Xero-bad Dream(128, 24, 0, 0, 0, 15, 0)-Xero-tweaker(all to 10)- add all correct copyrights-your text and your all done.
