To Get Started:
Tube choice-I used an Arthor Crowe Tube
Scrap Kit - HERE
Font Choice
Mask(opinional)

Open a new canvas size 700x700(you can resize later)
Open paper04-copy-using your selections tool create a big circle-paste paper into-resize to 446x446-while you still have it selected-open your tube choice(close up if you have)-copy-go up to selections-float-defloat-paste as new layer-selections-invert-delete-change the settings to Luminance(L)-Opacity to 45-duplicate and change to screen-add new raster layer.
Open Frame 01 element-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open frame03 element-copy and pate-add new raster layer. Open sparkles01 element-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open your tube choice-resize if needed to your liking-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open bear element-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open cupcakes02 element-resize about 40%-copy and paste x3-add new raster layer. Open the Rock On element-resize about 20%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open the skull element-resize about 70%-copy and paste x2-add new raster layer. Open the drink02 element-resize about 40%-copy and paste - add new raster layer. Open drink01 element-resize about 60%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open ribbon3 element-copy and paste-merge all layers together(i added a mask, if you choose to you can add a mask of your choice.)-if you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.
Your all done-Make sure to add all correct copyrights-your text and blam your done.
