OPen a new canvas size 700x700
Open paper 10-copy-using your selections tool create a big cirlce-paste paper into selection-resize to 534x543-add new raster layer.
Open element 21-resize about 20%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open element 12-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open element 9-resize about 15%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open element 17-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open element 14-resize about 30%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open element 44-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open your tube choice-resize if need to-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open element 11-copy and paste-merge all layers together.
If you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.
Go up to effects-plugins-Xero-porcelain-all colors to 0-strength to 73
Radiance-128, 50, 128, 128 - Tweaker-all to 10- Improver-standard.
