OPen a new canvas size 700x700

Open paper8- copy- using your selections tool create a big circle-paste paper into seleted circle-resize to 408x408-add a new raster layer.

Open element 108-resize about 25%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.

Open element 110-resize about 25%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.

Open element 75-resize about 50%- copy and paste-add new raster layer.

Open element 79-resize about 25%-flip horizionally- copy and paste -add new raster layer.

Open element 50-resize about 20%- copy and paste-add new raster layer.

Open element 16- copy and paste-add new raster layer.

Open element 11-resize about 20%- copy and paste-add new raster layer.

Open your tube choice-resize to your liking-copy and paste-merge all layers together.

If you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.
