To Get Started:
Tube Choice-Sweet Cupid
Scrap Kit- Sweet Cupid, Yeah Right
Plugins- Eye Candy 400 & Xero
(Corona/ Radiance, Porcelain)

Open a new canvas size 700x700
Open element 02-copy and paste x3-add new raster layer
Open element 67-resize about 35%-copy and paste x2-duplicate the layer-move to the left-add new raster layer
Open paper 02-using selections tool create a big circle-paste paper into-resize to 430x430-add new raster layer
Open element 100-resize about 30%-copy and paste-add new raster layer
Open element 60-resize about 60%-copy and paste-add new raster layer
Open element 98-resize about 30%-copy and paste-add new raster layer
Open your tube choice-resize if needed to your liking-copy and paste-add new raster layer
Open element 03-copy and paste-go up to effects-plugins-eye candy 400-corona(5, 14, 100, 23, 0, 100, color red)
Merge all layers together-resize your tag if needed
Go up to effects-plugins and follow the below steps
Radiance(100, 50, 128, 137), Porcelain(50, 100, 128, 255, 0, 0),
Make sure to add all correct copyrights and your all done.
