(Porcelain,tweaker,improver)

Open a new canvas size 700x700

Open splatter element-enlarge by 20% -copy and paste-add new raster layer

Open paper 3- copy- using your selections tool (circle) create a big circle-paste paper into selection-resize to 474x474-add new raster layer

Open frame 2-copy and paste-add new raster layer

Open rainbow element-resize about 50%-copy and paste-add new raster layer

Open wordart-resize about 40%-copy and paste-add new raster layer

Open your tube choice-resize to your liking-copy and paste-add new raster layer

Open Angelic Skull -reize about 30%- copy and paste- add new raster layer.

Merge all layers together- resize if needed- go to effects-plugins and follow the steps below

Porcelain- 50,100, 128, 0, 0, 0, Tweaker- all to 10, Improver - standard settings
