Open a new canvas size 700x700
Open splatter element-copy & paste x2-add new raster layer
Open tree element-resize about 30%-copy and paste to the right hand side-add new raster layer
Open paper 7-copy-using your selections tool create a big cirlce-paste paper into selection-resize to 374x374-add new raster layer.
Open castle element-resize about 10%-copy and paste-add new raster layer
Open frame 1-copy and paste-if needed resize by just a few inches-add new raster layer
Open wordart element-resize to fit abround the middle of frame-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open Fairy tube-resize about 50%-copy and paste-add new raster layer
Open cupcake element-resize about 35%-copy and paste x2-add new raster layer
Open roses element-copy and paste-merge all layers together-resize tag if needed.
Go up to effects-plugins-Xero-Porcelain- all colors to 0, strenght to 100
Add all copyrights your text and your all done.
