Bessy Rag Doll Tutorial and Extras

Using the Adorably Cute art of Chiichanny 
and scrap kit by Tiny Turtle Designs

To get started you will need the following:

Paintshop Pro- I used X4
(but any should do)
Tube Choice- I choose a tube from Chiichanny
(you can find her art HERE )
Scrap Kit-Rag Doll by Tiny Turtle Designs
(You can find her kits HERE )
Plugins: Xero
(Porcelain, Tweaker and Improver)
Template- By Scraps Dimeson
( sd temp 43 HERE )

Open template SD Tag Template 43/Resize to 750x750

Select the eclipse shape circle(bottom layer)/open paper6/copy/

Go up to selections/Defloat/Edit-Paste as new layer/Invert/Delete Button/Deselect
(remember that step)

go up to the 3 stipes/open paper8/copy and follow the previous steps/ANRL
Open ele178(pinkypeachvalentine)/resize about 30%/copy & paste/ may to rotate it to your liking.

Go up to Raster 5 & 3/merge raster 3 down to raster5 / open paper7/ and repeat the previous steps.
Now re-select/go up to effects/plugins/dsb flux-gears-settings- 6, 7/while you still have it selected go to selections/modify/selections border/size 2/ flood fill light purple/go to adjust/add noise/play with the settings as you like/deselect

Open springtime element(41)/resize about 30%/copy & paste x2/ANRL, Open image36/resize about 40%/Copy & paste/may need to rotate

Now jump up to the Black circle layer/flood fill it with light purple/open ele13/resize to 400/copy/select the circle/selections/defloat/edit-paste as new layer/invert/delete/deselect

Open image30/resize about 30%/copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele51/copy & paste/ANRL, Open image17/resize about 20%/copy and paste/ANRL

Merge layers all together, if you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.

Go up to effects/plugins/Xero- Porcelain-All to 0/Tweaker-All to 10/improver-standard settings

Add all correct copyrights, your name and your all done.
