Skyline PTU Tut

Skyline Tutorial

Using the beautiful art of Angelica Sellers
scrap kit is also by Angelica

To Get Started You will need the Following:

Paintshop Pro- I used X4
(but any should do)
Tube Choice- I choose a beautiful tube from Angelica
(you can find her art HERE )
Scrap Kit- Skyline by Angelica 
(you can also find this kit at the above link)
Plugins: Xero
(Tweaker and Improver)

Open a new canvas size 650x650

Were going to start things off a bit different this time, were going to start with the mask
first so go ahead and open Mask01 from the kit and paper14/ On your paper click on the little
paper icon on the bottom right/new mask layer/from image/ find your mask name on the drop down and make sure that your Invert Mask Box is checked ( look below for preview) click ok/merge visble/copy & paste on your canvas/you may need to resize a lil tiny bit/ANRL



Open paper08/copy/using your selections tool create a big circle/paste paper into/resize to 465x465/while still selected go up to selections/defloat/open ele19/enlarge by 10%/copy/edit/paste as new layer/selections/invert/delete button/Deselect/ANRL
Open Ele05/Copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele50/enlarge by 30%/Copy & paste/ANRL
Open ele51/resize by 15%/rotate about 20 to the right/copy & paste/ANRL

Open your tube Choice, you may need to resize/copy & paste/erase any extra that flows outside the frame element/ANRL
Open ele25/resize about 10%/copy & paste, Open ele07 & 08/resize both about 20%/copy & paste/ANRL, Open ele12/copy & paste/Merge all layers together

Go up to effects/Plugins/Xero/Tweaker-All to 10/ Improver-standard settings

Add All correct copyrights, Your name and your all done.
