Priscilla Pay To Use Tutorial 

Using the beautiful tube "Priscilla" from Gary Rudisill and 
the matching scrap kit created by Black Widow Creationz.

To Get Started You Will Need The Following:

Paintshop Pro- I used X4 (but any should do)
Tube Choice- as listed above
Scrap kit- As listed above
Plugins- Xerp(porcelain & bad dream)

Open a new canvas size 650x650

Open paper5-copy, using your selections tool create a big circle paste the paper into the created circle-resize to 472x472-go up to selecions-defloat-open your tube choice(close up if you have)-copy and paste as new layer-selections-invert-delete-deselect-change to Luminance(L)-opacity to 50-duplicate the layer and change to screen-add new raster layer.

Open ele12-resize about 20%-copy and paste-go up to effects-plugins-DsbFlux-Bubbles(76, 75, 50, 50)-add new raster layer.  Open ele11-resize about 20%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open ele38-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open ele26-resize to 70%-copy and paste x2-add new raster layer.

Open ele4-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open ele1-resize 10%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open ele40-resize 20%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open ele2-resize about 20%-copy and paste-add drop shadow(black)- add new raster layer. Open ele8-resize 20%-copy and paste-add drop shadow(black)-duplicate-add new raster layer.

Open ele27-resize about 40%-copy and paste where you wanna position your tube-add new raster layer. Open your tube choice-resize if needed to your liking-copy and paste-merge all layers together. If you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.

Go up to effects-plugins-Xero-Porcelain(all colors to 0, change the strength to 73)-Xero-Bd dream(128, 79, 0, 0, 0, 15, -9)-Add all correct copyrights and your text, your all done.
