with the matching kit from Bibi's Collections

Open a new canvas size 700x700
Open paper 7- copy -using your selections tool create a big circle-paste the paper into selections-resize to 538x538- add new raster layer.
Open element 67-resize about 70%- copy and paste- add new raster layer.
Open element 17-resize about 50%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open element 16- copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open element 27-resize about 30%- copy and paste- add new raster layer.
Open element 59-copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open element 53- resize about 10%- copy and paste- add new raster layer.
Open element 2- resize about 30%- copy and paste-add new raster layer.
Open your tube choice-resize to your liking if needed-copy and paste-merge all layers together- Resize your tag now if you need to.
Go up to effects-plugins-Xero
Porcelain-all to 0, Tweaker- all to 10, Improver-standard settings
