Feathered Friends Tutorial

Using the art of Zlata M Prepaid at Scraps and the city,

and a ptu scrap kit "Feathered Friends" by Lexi's Creations over at 

Scrap-a-licious Store.

To Get Started You Will Need The Following:

Paintshop Pro- i used X4(but any should do)

Tube Choice- as listed above

Scrap kit - As listed Above

Plugins-Xero(porcelian & tweaker)

OPen a new canvas size 650x650

Open element 24-copy and paste x2-add new raster layer. Open element 13-copy and pastx2-add new raster layer.  Open element 5-copy and paste-add new raster layer.  Open paper 1-resize to 300x300-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element 16-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Go back down to your paper layer-erase any extra paper there is. 

Now back up to your blank new layer-open your tube choice-resize if needed to your liking-copy and paste-add new raster layer.  Open element 32-resize about 20%-copy and paste-add new raster layer.  Open element 33-resize about 20%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element 25-resize 35%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element 2-resize about 30%-copy and paste-merge all layers together-if you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.

Go up to effects-pluggins-Xero-porcelain-all colors to 0, change the strength to 73)-Xero Tweater-all to 10-add your text and all correct copyrights and your all done.
