a scrap kit by Black Widow Creationz

OPen your template and delete the credits layer and hide the white background layer.

Go down to your circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-open pp8-copy and paste as new layer-selections-invert-delete-deselect. Go up to your rectangles layer-do the same previous steps as above but with pp7-Add new raster Layer-open ele4-resize 20%-copy and paste. Go up to your picture backing layer-do the previous steps as above but with pp10. Go up to the frame layer-do the previous steps as above but with pp7(add drop shadow(black)-add ew raster layer. 

Open ele25-copy and paste. Go up to your brackets layer-do the previous steps as above but with pp6(add drop shadow(black)-add new raster layer. Open ele27-resize about 20%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open ele6-resize about 40%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open ele23-resize 10%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open your tube choice-resize if needed to your liking-copy and paste-merge all layers together-add a mask if choose to-if you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.

Go up to effects-plugins-Xero-Porcelain(all colors to 0, strength to 73)-Bad dream(128, 30, 0, 0, 0, 3, -3)-Improver(standard settings)-add all correct copyrights and your text.
