Open a new canvas size 650x650
Open element 50-resize about 40%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element 38-resize about 30%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open paper1-using your selections tool create a big circle and paste the paper into and resize to 454x454-add new raster layer(you can add your close up tube if you choose to.)
Open Frame3-resize about 40%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element14-resize about 45%-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open element 37-copy and paste(may need to erase a little off the ends)-add new raster layer. Open element 25-copy and paste-add new raster layer. Open your tube choice-resize if needed to ur liking-copy and paste-merge all layers together-add a mask if you want to-if you need to resize your tag now is the time to do so.
Go up to effects-plugins-Xero-Porcelain(all colors to 0, strength to 73)-Bad Dream(128, 30, 0, 0, 0, 3, -3)-Improver(standard settings)- Add all correct copyrights and your text your all done.
